01  Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and RegisteredPeptides.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website located at www.registeredpeptides.com (the “Site”) and any products or services offered through it.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or completing a purchase, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Site and refrain from placing any orders.

02  Eligibility & Age Requirement

To purchase from RegisteredPeptides.com, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater);
• Be a qualified researcher, licensed scientist, academic institution employee, or authorized professional operating within a legitimate laboratory or research facility;
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of a business entity;
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where the purchase or possession of research chemicals or peptide compounds is prohibited or restricted.

We reserve the right to request proof of institutional affiliation, professional credentials, or research purpose at any time. Orders may be cancelled and refunded if eligibility cannot be verified.

03  Research Use Only — Critical Notice

• Human consumption, ingestion, or self-administration of any kind;
• Veterinary use or administration to animals;
• In vivo testing or experimentation in living organisms;
• Diagnostic, therapeutic, or medicinal use;
• Any application not expressly sanctioned by applicable law and institutional review.

Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any equivalent regulatory body for safety, efficacy, or any specific use. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies in your jurisdiction.

By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that the products will be used solely for legitimate scientific research purposes in a properly equipped and licensed laboratory environment.

04  Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not use our products, Site, or services to:

• Administer any compound to yourself, another person, or any animal;
• Resell products for human or veterinary use;
• Misrepresent the intended use of any product in your order;
• Engage in any unlawful activity, including violations of the Controlled Substances Act, the Federal Analogue Act, or equivalent legislation;
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce proprietary content from the Site without written permission;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its infrastructure;
• Provide false or misleading information in connection with any order or account registration.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate cancellation of your order, termination of your account, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law.

05  Orders, Pricing & Payment

Order Acceptance. Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of suspected misuse, product availability, or inability to verify eligibility.

Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Payment. Payment is due in full at the time of order. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been confirmed.

Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax or other fees associated with your order. These may be added at checkout or assessed separately.

Order Confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful placement of an order. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel any order after confirmation if we determine it cannot lawfully be fulfilled.

06  Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping Only. RegisteredPeptides.com ships exclusively within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States will be cancelled and refunded.

Carriers. We ship via carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Risk of Loss. Title to, and risk of loss of, all products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Hazardous Materials. Some peptide compounds may be classified as regulated substances for shipping purposes. We comply with all applicable carrier and regulatory requirements for packaging and labeling.

07  Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the critical importance of maintaining chain-of-custody and integrity of peptide compounds, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Defective or incorrect product: If you receive a product that is materially defective or does not match the product ordered, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence and the original order details.
• Order cancellation: Orders may be cancelled without penalty only if cancellation is requested before the order has been processed for shipment.
• Lost shipment: If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will investigate and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or credit.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. We do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.

08  Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, product descriptions, logos, technical data sheets, chemical specifications, and software, is the exclusive property of RegisteredPeptides.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for the purpose of making legitimate research purchases. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

09  Disclaimers & No Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product information, certificates of analysis, or technical data;
• Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

We do not warrant that our products are suitable for your specific research application. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of any product for your intended use and for complying with all applicable safety, institutional, and regulatory requirements.

10  Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REGISTEREDPEPTIDES.COM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities;
• Personal injury or property damage arising from your use or misuse of any product;
• Any claim arising from the use of products for any purpose other than legitimate in vitro research;
• Regulatory action, fines, or penalties imposed on you as a result of your purchase or use of our products.

IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

11  Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RegisteredPeptides.com and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Your use or misuse of any product, including use for purposes other than in vitro research;
• Any false representation made by you in connection with an order or account.

12  Privacy & Data Collection

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

We collect information necessary to process orders, verify eligibility, comply with legal obligations (including record-keeping requirements), and improve our services. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13  Regulatory Compliance

You acknowledge that peptide compounds and research chemicals are subject to complex and evolving regulatory frameworks at the federal and state levels. It is your sole responsibility to:

• Confirm that the purchase, possession, and use of any product is lawful in your state before placing an order;
• Obtain any required institutional approvals, DEA registrations, or other licenses prior to ordering;
• Maintain appropriate records of research use as required by your institution and applicable law;
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of all compounds in accordance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.

We comply with all applicable U.S. federal and state laws and regulations in the sale and distribution of our products.

14  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the purchase of products from this Site shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation before either party may initiate arbitration or litigation.
